Pliable is a seminar focused around material investigations with fabric and their applications in architecture today. Sewing serves as a construction method creating connections between and structuring fabric. While serving in this capacity, stitches can also provide a visual indication for how something is put together or used. These investigations encourage new approaches to form, its fabrication and ornamentation and ultimately a new approach to architecture.
